The Munro team carried out a tricky logistical exercise in the heart of the City of London. Working with K J Tait, the contract required the replacement of three air-conditioning plants on the roof of the Governor’s House, the headquarters of M&G Investments.
Each plant weighed 7.5 tonnes and raising them into position involved coordinating three separate 250 tonne cranes.
The whole process went without a hitch and the units were installed and operational within a few days.
